Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. However you can return your order according to the Danish Consumer Legislation. We have written here in more simple phrasing what that means.

You have 14 days to return the order, starting from the day you have received it.  So if you eg received your order on Monday, the 1st of the month you have time up to and including Monday the 15th of the month. If the last day of the period is a weekend or a public holiday you have until the next working day after that.

How do you return your goods? Before the end of the return period you have to send your goods back to us. The goods shall be in an unused, intact condition. All the original packaging should be included when you send your product back. Please also use a suitable way of repacking it. In this way you ensure to send us the item back in the same condition as you received it.

Include in the package the invoice/receipt and a small explanation why you are returning the item. When we receive the returned goods, IKONKIDS will contact you and refund you the full amount for the product or offer you an exchange, whatever you prefer. You will have to pay yourself the postage for returning the items. On the other hand IKONKIDS will pay you back the whole postage from when you first received the goods!

IKONKIDS do a quality check before sending the goods to you. However in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will deal with it straight away. Either by exchanging your product for another one or giving you a full refund, including the return postage cost.
